I do think in part, but possibly not The complete function or technique with using the WP stamp, was that it was somewhat of a advertising and marketing campaign. In addition it almost certainly aided with the copyright troubles that the organization was addressing at some time.

At what issue was the “Circle VP” for “Viewed Proved” stamp applied to the underside in the barrel–subsequent the significant load tests, the “VP” becoming utilized after the Visible inspection in the barrel?
